We offer three shipping options within the UK:

• Free Shipping: For orders over £30, shipping is free and arrives within 2-4 business days.
• Standard Shipping: For orders below £30, a £3.50 fee applies, with delivery in 1-3 business days.
• Royal Mail Next Day Delivery: For guaranteed next business day delivery, place your order before 1 pm. This option costs £8.95.

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return if needed. Please ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To begin a return, email us at nusratfashionuk@gmail.com with your order number, product details, order receipt and the reason for the return. We’ll provide further instructions, including the return address, and you’ll need to send the item back within 14 days of receiving it.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are unable to process returns for items we do not receive.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email if the return is approved. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
